Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Eternal Bliss Weddings understands that wedding plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the time and resources invested in your wedding planning process.

2. Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are refundable if cancellation occurs:

• 48+ hours before scheduled consultation: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

3. Wedding Planning Packages

Refunds for wedding planning services depend on timing and completed work:

More than 12 months before wedding date:

• 75% refund of unused services
• Completed planning work is non-refundable

6-12 months before wedding date:

• 50% refund of unused services
• Vendor deposits already paid are non-refundable

Less than 6 months before wedding date:

• 25% refund of unused services
• Day-of coordination fees are non-refundable

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Vendor deposits paid on your behalf
• Custom design work and planning materials
• Third-party service fees
• Travel expenses already incurred

5. Emergency Circumstances

In cases of documented emergencies (illness, death in family, military deployment), we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to provide appropriate refunds or service transfers.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

7. Date Changes vs. Cancellations

Postponing your wedding date is not considered a cancellation. We will work with you to accommodate date changes when possible, though additional fees may apply based on availability and timing.

8. Vendor Refunds

Refunds from third-party vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) are governed by their individual policies. Eternal Bliss Weddings will assist in communicating with vendors but cannot guarantee refunds from external parties.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact us in writing at refunds@eternalblissweddings.ca
2. Include your contract number and reason for cancellation
3. Provide any supporting documentation for emergency circumstances
4. Allow up to 5 business days for initial review
