In cases of documented emergencies (illness, death in family, military deployment), we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to provide appropriate refunds or service transfers.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Postponing your wedding date is not considered a cancellation. We will work with you to accommodate date changes when possible, though additional fees may apply based on availability and timing.
Refunds from third-party vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) are governed by their individual policies. Eternal Bliss Weddings will assist in communicating with vendors but cannot guarantee refunds from external parties.
