• Wedding consultation and planning
• Vendor coordination and management
• Event design and styling
• Day-of coordination services
• Custom wedding packages

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Wedding planning services require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and timely responses
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Final approval of all vendor selections and design elements

6. Limitation of Liability

Eternal Bliss Weddings' liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for:

• Acts of nature, vendor failures, or venue issues beyond our control
• Changes in vendor pricing or availability
• Guest behavior or personal property damage

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and planning materials created by Eternal Bliss Weddings remain our intellectual property until final payment is received.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law and the laws of the province where services are provided.
